I've always used Vacuum Depot for all my vacuum service repairs & my first Kirby, which I thought nothing could be better. Don't get me wrong, Kirby's are a great vacuum, but just like everything else, newer brands/products become available. Yet; one thing hasn't changed & that's the great service the owner, John Dettmann of Vacuum Depot, has provided all these years. Or at least the last (20) years for our family. Here's a picture of my first Kirby bought in 2000 that John serviced many times. My husband still gives me a hard time letting a door salesman sell me a $2,000 vacuum cleaner. At least we can laugh about it now.”

“Brian Meusborn is a fantastic doctor. He's helped me learn so much about my health and I wouldn't know I was misdiagnosed with ADHD as a kid and was actually Bipolar II if he hadn't listened to my concerns and got me to the referrals I needed. The only issue I ever have is with some of the staff as the front desk. They aren't exactly the friendliest group sometimes, and they can get confused when looking at your information. One tried to tell me I had NOTHING on my deductible for the year yet, when in fact I've gone way over the deductible now and I had to have an agent from my insurance company explain it to her. The girl got offended that my agent had to force her to tell us what the average price for our visit should be, it was like pulling teeth to get an answer, even though it's pretty reasonable to want to know the average ball park of payment so you're actually prepared. So the doctors and nurses are fantastic, but their staff at the front desk and who answer the phones? Yeah, they aren't very good.”

“A beautiful, HUGE collection of eclectic items and vintage furniture. This is such a cool warehouse that is divided into two parts. The front of the store is for trinkets & clothing, and the back of the store has aisles and aisles of large furniture and kitchenware, all priced well. Very affordable and humongous selection. Absolutely recommend if you need a furnish your home or just spend a day out. So many things to look at! There’s also a sweet little dog who roams the shop. So cute!”

“I can't say enough about this fella, five stars just aren't enough. I was traveling from South TX to East TX today when my diesel pickup went into limp mode near Bastrop. I googled the nearest diesel repair shop and found "Center Diesel Service". So I called to see if they could help me and unfortunately for me he was covered up with service calls. So he suggested that I limp it to the auto parts store and have the codes read. I sent him all the codes and while he was taking care of other customers he diagnosed mine. He gave me suggestions on reseting the codes and got me back on the road. I offered to send cash but he refused, he said he enjoyed helping people. I have to say, he's the nicest fella I never met. They were selling a special that was factory refurbished which beat all other deals I had found. The help was kind, helpful, and informative. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with again.
