The rent were automatically cut in half for 2 months because of the corona virus which was really nice of them. Only had a problem with the dish washer which was replaced within a week. Friendly people. Fair pricing as well. It’s been a few months since I moved out and I missed this apartment! Got my deposit back in the mail since I live in a different state, I’d say about 6 weeks after moved out. Would recommend this apartment to anyone!”

First off, I didn’t even know I had some roof damage until they came and inspected it for FREE and to my surprise, there were some openings and cracks on the roof. Some minor ones and there was one major. After discussing it with me, they came back about a couple days later, worked on it, and finished it off in a timely manner.
