“My husband and I for the infamous croissants we keep seeing on IG and OMG YES! It's everything and more! We came early Saturday morning (after the gym) HA! It's a small and cute little cafè. Parking is VERY LIMITED! As soon as you walk in they have a display of what all they have for the day. We got the croissants of course. Or how I prefer to say KWASON :D. I got the piña colada inspired and my husband the chocolate with chocolate gouache. 10/10 AMAZING! We took them to go but they were still fresh when we got home. They didn't have the raspberry one which the one on the IG video so we'll definitely come back when they have it. Each croissant is about $9 each (they don't have that on the menu) definitely worth it in my opinion.”

“My experience at Park Place Bodywerks was pretty amazing. It's really intriguing because my car was hit 4 months ago and the body shop I used then was pretty good. When I compare the two, Park Place is the Rolls Royce of Body Shops. Let's start from the very beginning. I called and mentioned my situation. They sent me an Application that allowed me to take pictures of the damage. Within the same day, I was able to get a quote and schedule a time to bring the car in. The check in was stress free and Enterprise was on site. It made a bad situation a pleasurable one. Davis my advisor was great as well. Every week I got an update. I hope I don't need the service again. However if do, I will not hesitate to return back to Park Place Body. Great Job Park Place Bodywerks. Two Thumbs Up.”

“2/5 stars for pro-collect/gateway pines for reporting me to the credit bureaus years after i paid my move-out balance and did not owe pines anything 3.75/5 stars for my comfortable stay with a few issues but mostly satisfactory experience with pines 5/5 stars for how well ive been treated as an ex resident who left an honest and not always flattering google review. Avg star rating: 3.6/5 so i rounded that up to a 4/5 due to my most recent and as pleasant as it can be experience. ************Updated review************ I loved the price Location Relatively new and upgraded feel And the pool! Also when i moved out and had my mail accidentally sent to them instead of my current address, they made sure to call me and let me know they had important docs for me. From living here 2 years ago, i remember having a few issues: 1. At one point there were roaches in the breezeway but this was swiftly handled once reported. 2. One pool was always closed even though we paid for 2 to be accesible to residents. 3. Maintenance was not that qualified —this may have changed. My spouse and i both lived here in different buildings at the same time and both experienced poor outcomes for simple maintenance requests like a clogged sink or dishwasher. Jammed sink disposal shredder thingy lol… 4. Lastly its multiple levels, and no elevator! Also parking is scarce during the week and latenights. BUTTT Recently and the most pressing issue as i have since moved out from gateway but otherwise enjoyed my stay—was having them or the collection company they use report me (dropping my score 20 points) nearly 2 years after i had paid and resolved the move-out charges(i must have forgotten abt it in the chaos of moving but do not have a history of late or missed payments with gateway or any provider for that matter) idk if this is Procollects fault or Gateways…but this does affect my overall rating along with the issues i experienced. i loved the following actions from gateway once i informed them of my issue though: 1. They always answered—i hate when i call an office and cannot reach an agent. But i was always able to be assisted during this process. 2. I felt respected and heard, Chelsea made sure she let me know when i would here from her and what she could do to help me.”
