I took my Polestar 2 here after having a terrible experience elsewhere. I originally took the car to a different body shop , which sent it to its exclusive body work partner . I was told the repair would take 6-8 weeks and didn’t even get an estimate for over a month, which came back dramatically overpriced and caused a stalemate with the claims adjuster. Great Motors charged nearly half of the hourly labor rate and had my Polestar 2 done is just a few weeks. The work was perfect and is guaranteed, which is pretty remarkable considering the owner was upfront about the fact that it would be the shop’s first Polestar (there aren’t any Polestar Certified Collision Centers yet). So I was comfortable working with them and they absolutely exceeded expectations.”
