“This is a 50+ RV park separated from the golf course but overlooking hole 13. The sites are all concrete with very large pull through and some long term back-in. Also some class A casita's available facing the course. The people are very friendly. The staff is very positive and helpful. We stayed the month of Feb. The pool is not heated and even in the warmer days no one seemed to use it. The main activities are contained in San Antonio which is 20+ miles away. If you don't golf there is no organized activities. The bathroom / showers are all ceramic and very clean. You pay for electric as well as the monthly site rent. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.”

“I just finished installing these, leather seat upholstery replacements 2000 f150 Lariat. The covers looked exactly like the pictures on the website, and installed as easy as you would expect. I was not trying to go fast, and I spent about 5 hours to do the seats and backs on both sides, that included pulling the seats, removing the tracks, (electric) changing out the upholstery and reinstalling them in the truck. I used some Hills pig rings to secure the listing strip to the foam. Quality is really good, stitching, lines and material is all top of the line. . I'd buy them again, and recommend Texan to anyone looking to re-upholster their seats.”

Over the years Dr. Shaffer has lovingly taken very serious care of our kitties in times of illness, the passing of one of our babies (kitty), and just regular health care in general. She is so kind and patient while answering any and all questions you may have about your pet's care. Her staff is incredible! No matter how busy they are...they make you feel as if your fur baby/animal's needs are extremely important to them! Over the years, even while on medical leave and struggling financially, there wasn't a time our kitties health needs weren't met by Dr. Shaffer! She offers affordable care that is absolutely PRICELESS!!! I am an Army Veteran and I've said many times...I wish Dr. Shaffer was my Veteran doctor (PCP and all specialties!:)...because the care she provides to our kitties has been hands down more diligent and superior than even my own medical care that I receive as a human!!!
