“We had our wedding here in June and we couldn't have asked for a better venue. The place was just beautiful. We absolutely loved being able to have all our friends and family stay on property with us. The communication was quick and efficient. The staff truly took care of us. They clearly cared and weren't just after a profit. The rooms and boats were super easy to rent and were well taken care of. The town of Pilot Point was so cute and cozy but the drive to Denton was perfect for any last minute necessities you couldn't find in town. I believe that the prices were right in line for the services we received. I also loved how patriotic the Lodge was and appreciative to military members. If I had to do it all over, I would pick Lone Star Lodge again.”

“Ordered a Sportsman Masters 247 from Dylan in October 2022. Took delivery February 13, 2023. Dylan was great to work with, very helpful, and patient. Due to the schedule, there is a few items that need to be addressed when I bring the boat in for 20 hour service. It will be the minor warranty items as well as the full detail he could not get done prior to delivery as he was short staffed. Would I recommend Dylan and Boats Etc? Yes, and I have to several people. The only thing I would caution is to make sure you keep records, as they turn over so many boats, sometimes they confuse customers and what was ordered and agreed to. I ordered the boat with group 31 troll motor batteries, and they installed group 25 or 27. When I realized the error, and pointed it out to Dylan with the emails and order, he promptly addressed it and had it corrected. It was just an oversight due to the volume they handle combined with my special request for larger batteries. But non the less, having the records saved any possible issues from happening. Loving the new Sportsman, and looking forward to dealing with Dylan and his team again soon, even if it is only for service and parts. Darrel Owens”

I had a reservation at the other Grand Prairie store and when I got there I was told there's was no cars available, I called this store and Mayra helped me find a vehicle, she communicated with me during the whole time she was trying to find me a vehicle for my family trip , as soon as she found one we went there and she was working by herself so I didn't mind waiting a little bit , she didn't even had a car washer!! she cleaned the car herself. And I even got a free upgrade since that was the only vehicle she was able to find me , I am very grateful she saved our trip, I had already spent to much money to take my family to Disney ,i couldn't afford to miss a day.”

“Our first visit to the Carrollton Cane Rosso location wasn't a good one but Frisco definitely compensated for our first disappointment. We had a great first time visit here and we definitely will be back again. The staff was very friendly. Our bartender even came over to check to see if we were happy with our drink, and offered to make it over. We sat at the counter tops where we could watch the pizza being prepared and it was so much fun. We interacted with the staff and even had some laughs with them.”
