“I absolutely love pho and I was craving it today. I decided to search for a spot near the area where I’m being treated for PT and I found Pho Em. After reading the reviews, I knew I had found my dinner spot. I walked in and made my way to the counter where a young man (cashier/server) was completing a sale with a patron. Once he was finished I asked him if it was okay to seat myself since I wanted to dine in. He politely answered that I was welcome to seat myself wherever I desired. I found a seat at a booth and he immediately brought a menu and happily asked me if I wanted something to drink. I requested a glass of water. When he returned I ordered 1 little Vietnamese egg roll which I thought would be accompanied by a lettuce leaf and a side sauce but it didn’t. The guy who came out with the egg roll was rather cold and nonchalant. No smile and no acknowledgment. I was pleased that my egg roll was freshly made and piping hot just like I like it. Not long after, a young lady came out with my pho which was also piping hot and so delicious. It hit the spot and I have more than enough left over for lunch tomorrow. I really want to give Pho Em 5 stars but here’s the issue I had…the young cashier was AMAZING and the young lady that served my pho was polite and wore a smile. However, there was a woman whom I presume was the owner/manager who came out several times and sat in the restaurant. I could see her glance at me several times from my peripheral vision and not once did she bother addressing me. During the entire time I was in the restaurant, besides me, there was a gentleman who came in, ordered, ate and left. I grew up in a business that my parents purchased when we came to the U.S. and I KNOW the importance of quality customer service. I am currently a business owner and I know that your patrons are your bread and butter. It costs nothing to say “hello” or “good evening” or even “thank you for your business” it all goes a long way. This woman had ample time to make contact with me and build a positive rapport but she failed to do so. It’s unfortunate that she didn’t cease the moment with a kind gesture. It makes sense that the gentleman who came out with my egg roll had a similar demeanor… lead by example. As delicious as the food was, unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be returning to Pho Em. I have certain standards and expectations for the way that I’m treated especially when I’m spending my money at an establishment.”

“I have really enjoyed my stay here at the Rockport-Fulton Econolodge this past week. The hotel staff really goes above and beyond to help their guests in any way possible. “I stayed 2 years and the apartment is great, very clean, spacious. Great prices for the past two years. STACY, and Stacy only in the front office is the ONLY person I recommend speaking to. She truly ensures your experience is memorable. It was like having a good friend. Anytime Stacy was out of the office, I couldn’t get any answers. At times I’d be charged for forms anywhere between $50-100. I was told I couldn’t have others pay rent for me after my car wreck, and many more inconveniences. Yet, STACY always came back and fixed her coworkers mistakes. She is Johnny on the Spot! I would stay in the apartments just for her if it was closer to my job. To Stacy, I truly appreciate everything you’ve done for me and just making sure I had a smooth experience to the best of your abilities. “My experience with Apex Academy has left not only my life but my son's life completely changed. As a parent I was hesitant as most parents are for my son to start a new school. On his very first day at Apex we were both greeted by the Management Team and we felt a sincere welcome. When I picked my son up after his first day there he couldn't quit talking about how awesome his teachers were and how he couldn't wait to go back. This meant the world to me because my son struggled greatly with low self esteem and anxiety. Each of his teachers played and important role in helping him with this. Not only did his teachers have a major impact on him but the owner was directly involved every day. Not one day went by that I asked the owner questions about their day that he was never able to give me an answer. He was never too busy to stop what he was doing and visit with me and give me details about what went on with my son's day. I would often see him during drop off and pick up in various classrooms with children throughout the school. I would like to personally thank Apex and it's entire Management Team for the life changing experience they gave me and my son. I felt that my son's teachers as well as the Apex Team became family to us during our stay. They often rose above and beyond their own responsibilities to make each day memorable for us both.”

“Second time using Parobek, this time for the downstairs unit. It had gone into safety lockout and would not come on. Called Parobek and they had someone out to our place ASAP. Jarrett showed up and quickly diagnosed the high pressure lockout. Upon inspection, he found the coils almost completely clogged with dust and accumulation. For a very fair price, Jarrett cleaned out the coils and returned the unit to as-new operation. Jarrett also verified no other issues with the unit. Blowing snowballs downstairs now. Jarrett was super professional and knowledgeable. He even returned our hose and sprinkler back to where it was. Details like that stand out to me. Parobek cares and takes care of business. “I can’t tell you how much I appreciate these gentleman! I was driving from Waco to FTW and overestimated how far I could make it to a gas station. I ran out 3 miles before I made it on i35. I Googled someone and called them. The guy who answered was on vacation but he contacted his mechanic to come help. Within minutes they arrived and saved me! I was too close to the highway and they still added gas to my tank. I was so nervous I didn’t ask the cost and didn’t have cash. They use Cash App which of course, I didn’t have. (I was a complicated case at all turns) The sweet guy followed me up the road to a ATM. I hope I’m never stranded again but if so, I wouldn’t trust any else! Thank you so much!!”
