It’s not the easiest feat to find a doctor willing to give an addict care & compassion. He has on multiple occasions called to check in on me. Not only his staff (they’ve called countless times), but Dr Bates himself has called out of the blue to check my welfare. In my experience that’s a one in a million. His bedside manor is beyond reproach. His decency shows with his staff also. They’ve always been patient (not easy when dealing with me), sweet, and professional. I’ve seen offices where staff is apathetic & rude. That’s not the case here. Thanks to Dr Bates & his staff for everything. I’m confident I wouldn’t still be around to write this if not for his practice.”
