She recommended that I go see a chiropractor in town and went out of her way to help us get into see him the same day. She even texted us directions to help me get to the office door without having to climb stairs. “I absolutely LOVE this place. I’ve stayed here 3 times. Twice for our annuals girl’s river trip and once when my husband and I got away. Darrell and his mom Margy are the kindest people. Darrell meets you when you arrive and they are so fun to sit and talk with. The rooms and beds are extremely cozy. This last trip we had 7 women so 5 of us stayed in Deer Haven. It’s the back cottage with a full kitchen. It was nice to sit on the back patio and I LOVED the VHS movies. The location is perfect. Close to the river, River Road Ice House and Gruene. The breakfast is fantastic and this is definitely are go to place in New Braunfels.”

“We went early, so we had the run of the place. There was a train, and a tributary with geese. The park was clean and cute. The usual stuff was there like swings, playground area, rock like structure to climb on, and a few other things. Nice benches to sit on while watching all the kids. There were bathrooms and a covered picnic area. We had a great time this morning.”
