“Brenda left a ad on my window after a major hail storm. I called her and instantly I felt like she would take good care of my truck. She sent a text when she was on her way and it took no time at all and she was at my house. She was so helpful and really nice. When she took my truck she even sent me photos of my truck at the shop. She worked hard on getting me a rental vehicle as there was none at enterprise. She found me a rental within a day. I explained before she took my truck I had four holes from a old light bar I had installed I wanted them repaired because I didn't want any water leaking inside. She had a third party company do the repairs on that when they finished she brought my truck to me and I noticed damage above my window that was not there, Brenda went back and looked on her phone from before she took the truck and she said sure enough it was not there she was very upset about the third party company damaging my truck and she was very sorry for this. It turned a plan into a disaster. She along with me were really upset but exclusive and Brenda made it right and allowed me to keep the rental and fixed the repair that this third party did. Exclusive is the way to go these people take real good care of you and I will always go to this company for any repairs in the future. Might I mention I sent my wife's 2021 kia telluride to a different company for repairs before I sent my truck to Exclusive and I still don't have our Telluride back yet. Thank you guys for a awesome job on the detailing of the truck as well. EXCLUSIVE IS THE WAY TO GO!!!”
