Honestly, Mgt Staff is EXTREMELY professional, except the new gal is snotty & tried to SPIN my personal policy concern so she could get in with her new co-workers *(you don't speak to me like that, cut me off & hang up on me: the consumer is ALWAYS right). Maintenance came out right away when needed. Pest control knocked every week (I worked from home & was there to hear them knock)... They welcomed my pet. I feel they need new rules on parking enforcement. Other than that, they made it work. I enjoyed my place & the view.”
