Through various phone calls and e-mails, Tracey answered my endless questions and did everything she could to make us feel confident in our decision. She helped us narrow down our options for our tasting when we couldn’t decide, and was honest with us about what things would and wouldn’t travel well to our venue. When we visited for our tasting, she provided a full meal’s worth of all the items we wanted to try, which gave us the ability to get a better picture of flavor and quality. She was incredibly flexible and helpful with special requests and dietary restrictions. All our food (appetizers and dinner) was delicious and Tracey/her staff were beyond friendly & helpful during our wedding. We also hired her staff to stay later and act as bussers for dishware rentals from another company, and they made sure everything was put back the way the rental company required. Almost two months later, people still make comments about how great our food was! I would recommend Tracey to anyone without question.”
