“While staying in Canyon Lake area for the summer we wanted to try some good seafood. We love the Boiling Pot in Rockport and found this place just North of Hancock area of the lake. They've really spruced up the place since the last reviews 3 years ago. My husband and I got the Shrimp boil pot. We can eat and this filled us up! $22.95 for a pound of huge gulf shrimp, potatoes, sausage, corn and sourdough bread. We should've ordered the medium spice, my husband likes spicy but I can't take the heat. The key lime and banana pies were also delicious!! The staff (all family of the owner) is super friendly. They are open from 5-9 and it's byob. We will be going back!!”

“I first started coming here in 2012 when I need an affordable workout to help me recover from an injury. It was great then by now it’s 2023 and the studio has only gotten better. The owners care so much about details and it shows. I love how clean everything is, how well organized, the order and thought that goes into everything. Classes never expire. “The nursing and medical staff at this location are lovely in every way, but I had a couple problems on the admin side. It was difficult to jump through all the hoops to get an appointment. The central office said they couldn't schedule my appointment due to not having a copy of the office notes from my doctor. My doctor's office insisted they had been sent 2 days prior. I call Paragon back and they admit they have the notes and can schedule me without ever apologizing for the error. They say they can't schedule my appointment without locking in a patient out of pocket price. They were very helpful in referring me to a co-pay assistance program, but then quoted me a price $100 less than what I was asked to pay at my first appointment. Billing tried to tell me that maybe my deductible changed mid-month? My second appointment was after the snow and the sidewalk into the location was a solid sheet of ice - no effort had been made to clear it at all. This seemed like asking for a lawsuit considering many of the patients here are medically vulnerable. The nurses and medical professionals I interacted with were compassionate, competent, personable, and very helpful. The inside of the facility is clean. The recliners are very comfortable and there are snacks available. I definitely had a comfortable experience receiving medical care here.”
