  Just moved here and was so nervous about switching hairdressers. Cynthia is AWESOME! When I left my color/extensions looked amazing and my hair felt SO HEALTHY!

  This place is AMAZING. I came in with such damaged hair and I was super nervous to chop it off. Instead they gave me a treatment which made my hair so much healthier. I didn’t need to cut a lot off. Just a trimming. Such a friendly staff and are very welcoming.

  Excellent Color Correction and Help for Damaged Hair! My parents use to own a beauty supply business in the Richmond area. I've always had healthy, shiny hair. I went to a place who had done my hair a few times with keratin and for whatever reason it was too blonde for my original dark brown hair, eyebrows, and eyes. It was pretty but not right for my skin tone. The hair was over highlighted and damaged. I babied it at home for a couple of weeks after getting a healthy 3" trim and when the grays started to come in I started looking. I initially booked a Consultation and Conditioning Treatment to assess the salon and see what Cynthia's suggestions would be. I had sent pictures to a family friend not in the area and he told me my two options. Cynthia was spot on so I booked an appointment. She gave me several options, asked for photos of hair I liked, discussed a plan for the damage. She is definitely not a one solution for all kinda of colorist. We considered maintenance, blending, etc. She gave me a plan to follow at home as well as future services. She treated my roots and then tone down the color pulling color through at the end and gave me a light trim. My hair looks so much more natural, complements my skin tone and is already looking healthier after just one week. She carries excellent products for both professional and home use but is not pushy. You leave with a good look and knowledge how to care for your hair. Both visits you can tell people trust Cynthia and Chloe with their hair needs and desires.
