I had been cutting my own hair for the last year+ because the random high priced salon I chose to simply Trim and refresh my bob back then RUINED my hair and charged more than I ever paid for a simple cut when I lived in the NYC metro area. I was desperate for a new cute cut and just had to find someone I could trust. I read all reviews looked at portfolio pictures of everyone around Old Town and decided on Marcela at M.H.

I am so glad I did!! I could not be happier with my cut. I came in with pictures of both a celebrity and myself with this cut a few years ago, and Marcela did it perfectly without charging an arm and a leg.

She has a private booth inside of Sola Studios in the Carlyle neighborhood. Convenient free parking right out front. Just call her listed number to make an inquiry or appointment with her directly. She is quick to respond if you don’t get her right away.

Marcella is fabulous! She is a lovely person and very talented. She will work with you to make sure you leave happy and will tell you what works and what doesn't. I have come to her twice for a cut and natural blonde highlights and I will be back.
