Friealtor

Initially I was skeptical about listing my property with Friealtor, because nothing is free. Discussed it with my wife and she told me it can’t hurt. So, I listed it on their site and within an hour I received an email stating my home had been listed on the MLS. Their agent helped us from offer to the final walk-through, and told us what to expect at closing. I still couldn’t believe looking at the settlement sheet that their commission said zero, but it did. Tell everyone about them.

Would give Friealtor 5 stars but it seems they are still working on some updates to the site. Had some issues uploading pictures, and the messaging on the mobile application was a little slow. But it was still faster than trying to email back and forth. In any case, they did exactly what they advertised. They posted my home for free on the Georgia MLS and I got offers. I would use them again.

Working with Friealtor was a great experience. They were prompt with responses to questions, and I had very knowledgeable real estate agent. I had my house sold within two weeks of listing it, and their monthly fee is the lowest I have ever seen. Highly recommended!

William McCoy over at Friealtor saved my family over 10K by listing our house with them! Their system works well and I was able to handle pretty much the whole transaction from taking offers to going under contract and closing with minimal involvement from them. Everything is online but they are there to help if you need it. They also sent a professional photographer out to take pictures. We were under contract in about 30 days. Thanks again Friealtor!
