She re-laced the top lace on the glove and my daughter couldn't even tell the difference! They are kind, a pleasure to work with, and do EXCELLENT work. What more could ANYONE want????

My favorite pair of dress shoes were very worn, and one had a hole on the sole. These were the shoes I got married in, so they carried sentimental value (hence not just purchasing a new pair). The price of the repair was not cheap, but I would say it was very fair. Had the soles and heals replaced on both shoes. The new parts are clearly made of good material and were thicker than the original. Plus, they polished the shoes. They now look brand new!
Very pleased with the services provided. Plus, Ricardo was very pleasant. Highly recommend!
