  You can count on Pilates ProWorks Alexandria for a challenging, but welcoming workout. I’ve tried the boot camp and the pilates pro classes and both were great. Good variety in exercises. One of the nicest things about the studio is how friendly the instructors and your fellow classmates are. Nice community to be a part of.

  I love this studio! They are so friendly and welcoming when you are new, and the classes are always great. They offer a variety of classes too which is nice if you don't just want Pilates.

  Pilates ProWorks is an awesome studio! I love going to Natalie’s classes- she is great at explaining the moves and adjusting students throughout class. I feel my core and body getting stronger with each class!

  I was HOOKED after the first class with Natalie! Just when I thought I had done a pretty good job working on strengthening my abs, arms, legs, and of course, booty, the Pilates Pro methodology presented totally different changes to those muscle groups. I'm also a form perfectionist, and working out on the machine gives me a new sense of awareness and reassurance in that aspect. I cannot keep myself away from that place!! xx
