  Went in on a whim to look for a car radio. The sales dude was super helpful and not overly pushy. He clearly had a Retail agenda, but didn't push it harder than he should. I was actually surprised, and it will make me come back.

  There's a reason why even in the era of Amazon and online shopping Best buy is still place to go for physical electronic purchases. I love the fact that I can go and see the items that I want to purchase and play with them before I actually have to buy them. 9 times out of 10 I don't ask a representative for any questions cuz I'm fully aware of what I'm trying to get put in that rare occasion when I do ask they are knowledgeable about the item.
  
  I recently did some really good Black Friday shopping and I love the fact that you get points for your purchases which only adds to the benefit of buying from the same place. and since they were pretty much match their online retailers such as Amazon you can get the same deal but get your item right on the spot.

  My first visit was during Black Friday. I've never seen a staff keep their customers and products so organized before. The Best buy that's close to me looks like a dump. Very knowledgeable staff with some good sale tactics as well.

  They have a nice variety of kitchen appliances. I went on a Friday afternoon to get a microwave. I found what I was looking for quickly since I checked out the inventory online first. It is well organized with good signage. It took longer than expected to get an assistant but once I got one, my experience went quickly. Customer service was good. Parking lot was crowded but it wasn't too difficult to find a spot.

  I purchased a stainless steel refrigerator from the Best Buy in Potomac Yard last Saturday. While browsing, several salespeople asked if they could assist me. They were very pleasant. Once I had finally decided on the specific refrigerator that I wanted to buy, I asked a few questions and the salesperson retrieved the information for me. She was very professional and pleasant.
  
  They delivered it on Tuesday (just a few days later). The delivery guys were on schedule, very professional, pleasant and efficient. I purchased an entire suite of stainless steel kitchen appliances from them a very long time ago, during one of their holiday sales. They lasted a very long time, however last week the refrigerator died.
