I’ve used Brownlee Plumbing a number of times now in the first year of owning an older home. Every member of the team has always been extremely professional, immediately responsive, clear in communication, and resolved the issue(s) quickly. Fair pricing, too. Brownlee will be my go-to plumbing service for decades to come.

I recently had a sewer back up into my basement, due to a collapsed pipe outside my house. One of the “big” companies sent out a tech to help snake and locate the problem. This tech, while very kind, was extremely confused by my problem and had to call another plumber for advice. This had me rather nervous! Once he better understood the issue, he then quoted me a rather high price to dig up my sewer line. Looking for a second opinion, I found another trusted plumber, this time someone who knew and understood my problem but then quoted me a price two grand more then the first guy. Finally, I found Brownlee Plumbing. His price was extremely fair!! He also knew exactly what had happened and was able to come and fix it immediately. Not only was he great at communications, but he was also an all around great guy. I loved working with him and will call him back for all future plumbing issues. Thank you, Brownlee!!

In an impossible space, Donzelle & Mr. Lee installed my water heater with the AC lines obstructing access to the heater. The removal and installation were challenging but with grit, expertise, muscle and passion I'm happy to report "Mission Accomplished" Thanks guys.

I have used Brownlee Plumbing for several years. They are prompt, professional, experienced, courteous and reasonable. They have fixed leaky pipes for me, replaced a hot water heater, fixed a broken outdoor water faucet, repaired toilets and much more. The owner is local, does great work, and takes pride in his company. Brownlee Plumbing is excellent and has become my go-to plumbing company.
