Chris and the family at New Forest Valet have been a neighborhood cornerstone for as long as I can remember. They are ALWAYS friendly and the service is wonderful.

They treat you like family. I know COVID has been hard on neighborhood dry cleaners, so I wanted to give them some more of my business. I had an old tattered winter dress coat that was in bad shape, but still beloved. I took it to Chris wondering if the liner could be sewed up.

Way past gone, they replaced the entire liner and did an unbelievable job on that and cleaning. WOW. Quality work with quality material. Looked like a new coat! Did you know there is no sales tax on dry cleaning services? So I saved a ton of money in sales tax through taking it to them verses if I had instead bought a new coat. Win-win: great service, no taxes, and supporting our neighborhood small family business.

This is just the best dry cleaning establishment we have ever used in 50 years of living in NoVa. Highest quality work. Locally owned small business. Absolutely no better service can be imagined. I wish we had found them earlier!

Having used a number of dry cleaners in the DC area, I can safely say New Forest is far and away the best. The garments come back looking brand new - not only perfectly cleaned, but also carefully and professionally packaged. The staff is very professional and kind. I would highly recommend New Forest to anyone looking for a dry cleaner.
