  This review is explicitly regarding first impressions from the tour, I do not live here yet. I was skeptical at first due to the raving reviews and the price of the apartments, but am now sold! Eugenia is an absolute gem and was able to answer the bombard of questions I had from my initial phone call. Upon visiting the property, I was very happy. Very clean and has a warm vibe. The property has amazing and up-to-date amenities, including: gym, clubhouse, pool, pet area, patio with grill, rooftop hang-out, and they just opened up a restaurant next door (They're also in the process of constructing a day care, which is great for families)! Their 2018 renovation was well-worth it. I am so eager to move in next month and will post an updated review after some time living here.

  Dominion is a hidden gem. The building is older but very well maintained. The apartments are spacious and beautifully renovated. The amenities are awesome from the pool, to the state of the art fitness center, dog park, and club room. This building is also very Covid conscious, and did I mention the fantastic location! Dominion is close to D.C without paying D.C prices. Thank you Eugenia Jefferson and all of the Dominion staff for making this a wonderful place for anyone to call home!

  I moved from another country two years ago, and this is my first apartment in the US. I am excited to have found such a clean and pleasant apartment in my first experience. From the day I came in for an application to this date, the front office management team and maintenance team have been supportive and responsive to any request I have. I love dominion for its convenience to the elementary & middle schools, parks, and public transport. I enjoy my unit with a quiet courtyard view. Thank you!

  I am looking to lease an apartment and I stopped by this apartment complex. I was impressed with how clean and quiet the building was. The team member that helped me was Bina. She was so sweet, professional and very knowledgeable. She answered all questions I had and presented me with different apartment options. Once my lease ends at my current apartment I will definitely be back and lease with Dominion.

  Love my new place and the new management staff and team. Everyone seems happy and I see such great efforts being made to address everyone’s concerns. I highly recommend Dominion. Plus it’s super close to the city, so you can avoid that awful 395 traffic.
