  I can't say enough good things about the customer service that I received from Carl (sp?), from the first time that I spoke with him to when he was personally involved in helping me receive my bike; he is the BEST! What a dedicated, knowledgeable, caring person he is! Carl made the purchase and receipt of my e-bike possible despite an injury that would have precluded me from getting it and, for that, I will always be grateful. He is always willing to go the extra mile to make things easy for the customer and he gives his trust willingly to help out where the sales transaction is not routing; it is rare to find someone like him these days. I will definitely keep coming to Spokes Etc.just because of how I was treated by Carl!

  Your staff was very warm and welcoming. You could tell they’re passionate about cycling and everything it involves. My husband and I were taught so much about our bikes and cycling needs while visiting your store in Arlington, VA. We left feeling happy and confident in our purchases. I would definitely recommend this store to cyclists, especially beginners. The crew there really takes their time with customers. Not to mention, I’ve been searching by high and low for Specialized Roll bikes. This company was one of the firsts the restock on the East coast!

  Exceptional customer service and a decent stock of bikes especially during this time. I came in looking for an exact bike in small and their team helped from the moment I walked in to the moment I drove off (folding down my seats and squeezing the bike in my car was also apart of this). Thanks so much!!

  Exceptional customer service. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and fast. While at times pricey, the quality is worth it. This is where we will take all 8 bikes in our house!

  I purchased a bike this past weekend from Spokes Arlington, and had a terrific experience. Ryan was my salesperson that I had been dealing with over the past few months and he was thoroughly patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the process. I had tons of questions and he made sure to address all of them. He was not pushy with any model and made sure I got a bike that met all my needs. Thanks Ryan for a great experience!
