Ray and the team are caring professionals; they won't let a car leave the shop unless it is in pristine condition. It may take a little longer than other shops, but I would rather have a team that is committed to doing things right vs. doing them in a hurry. Sadly, I got my car back from them and drive it for two weeks when I was hit AGAIN! There was no question where the car would be sent for further repairs. Take your exotic to these guys!
How to get a quick appraisal for my vehicle and was advised to come by the shop. they specialize in German cars and so I'll d Mercedes BMW Porsche etc are there bailiwick. The staff there was very nice and explained every step of the process. They took very great pictures detailed notes and emailed me everything for my appraisal for my insurance claim. Nobody likes to be in an accident however your car is in good hands if that event ever happens at first choice body shop.
