Streamline Carpet Cleaning and Repair

When we moved into our new home the carpets were very dirty and needed to be cleaned. We searched Google and found Streamline Carpet Cleaning and Repair, had an excellent rating and were local and their cleaning products were human and pet friendly, which was very important to us.

I cannot say enough good things about this company and their technician Travis. He arrived promptly at the time I picked and got right to work. He was friendly, informative and respected our home.
We have never had rugs cleaned before as we always had wood floors. Travis took the time to explain the process to us and worked like a trooper on our very dirty carpets.

We are so pleased with the out come. Carpets are 100% better than before and so soft. Nice to have piece of mind that the dirt and odours are gone.

We highly recommend Prestige to everyone, as they are honest, professional and their cleaning ability is high quality.

We are probably going to get them to clean our furniture next.

Streamline Carpet Cleaning and Repair, did an incredible job stretching the carpet in my large basement family and games rooms. I had several large wrinkles and dozens of smaller ones - now it looks like a brand new freshly laid carpet. It was a difficult project with complexities that made other potential contractors walk away. Their technicians were respectful, accommodating, fast, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain exactly what they were doing and why. Most of all, I appreciated their attention to detail. I’m a self-admitted perfectionist and was very happy with how things turned out. Their customer service is the best I’ve seen. There was a small issue that resulted due to some miscommunication, and they quickly and very willingly agreed to come back and take care of it. There’s a reason these guys have amazing reviews. Had 3 rugs, runners and chesterfield, large chair as well as 8 dinning room chairs cleaned. Very professional workmanship. Clean and very knowledgeable staff with warranty and great after service.
