  I don’t usually do Google reviews of businesses, but Caliber did such a good job repairing my truck that I’m breaking my rule and reviewing them. First, they worked well with my insurance company so the drop off was easy. They told me shortly thereafter what repairs they were going to complete and the timeline for the repairs. The repairs included replacing the front bumper, spoiler, headlight, and front left rim.
  
  When I came to pick up the truck, they reviewed the work that was done and brought me to the truck so I could inspect the repairs. Asked if I had any questions or concerns, which I did not. The paint job looked amazing and the new rim looked great. And I was on my way.
  
  All in all, it was a pleasant experience. The work was very well done.

  My VW dealership of 22 years does the mechanical work and referred me to this business for body work to pass inspection. They gave me a list of the work I need with part #s & labor costs. I ordered my parts, put it on the garage and said “they didn’t need the parts, welded something that snapped & didn’t charge me”. Definitely plan to return for more body work. Walking distance to Shirlington Centre where u can hang while the work is done. I appreciated the referral & was overall really happy with the service & would suggest it to my friends with Euro cars to get quality service!

  Came to the shop after an accident being in such a frenzy and stressful situation I came there to be greeted with such great service from Nabia she guided me & definitely made me feel like everything would be great! I would recommend them for sure!

  I gave them five stars, but then took one back.
  
  First, let me tell you what makes this body shop great! It's conveniently located in Shirlington (South Arlington) near the DMV and Barcroft Community Center. The on-site Enterprise car rental makes this body shop very convenient, especially if your insurance covers car rental while your car is under repair. You come and have your damaged car inspected, which is pretty fast, and then pick up the pre-ordered rental car from the same office. It takes minutes. The staff is really pleasant to work with.
  
  What was disappointing? I brought my car for a rear passenger door dent/scratch repair. They did a pretty good job on fixing the dent, but the door didn't close easily and required more effort; the paint job had minor dust bumps; and the window chrome trim was damaged in repair. It took me four (!) follow-up visits to get those problems fixed. In the end, all issues were addressed, the door now closes without much effort, and the dust bump was removed with simple buffing, the chrome trim was replaced with a new one. But it could all be done at once, without me having to call them and come back so many times.
  
  I hope they get better at attention to details, because the people who work there are very nice and are responsive.
