(December 28, 2022, 1:37 pm)I went to obtain a driver’s licence, with no prior appointments. The line went fast, and I had processed my paperwork and everything in less than 10 minutes. The lady was very helpful, professional, and nice.
(November 16, 2022, 10:50 am)I made an appointment months before I went (the only one they had for months) to get Real ID, but it was worth it as I was virtually only there 15 minutes total! New qr code check in as you come into building worked great for me. best experience I ever had at DMV!!

From visiting a couple of times, I found that each time, staff were very friendly and clearly have a good team atmosphere among themselves, supporting each other, which noticeably contributes to an overall positive atmosphere and customer experience in this location. Cannot complain!
