  Higher-end furniture store with a large selection of stylish and sometimes practical furniture. They also have kitchen utensils and appliances, though I would go for the furniture more than the appliances. A bit on the pricey side but arguably hit and miss on the quality. Staff is pretty knowledgeable and helpful. They do get pretty busy at times and parking can be a challenge. I would plan to run a few errands like going to the Whole Foods next by to park.

  I went to this Crate & Barrel on Black Friday 2018. I was helped by Christina Vloet, Design Expert. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable about products, non-judgemental, and very patient with me in finding the right furniture piece. She was a huge help. I have been to countless furniture stores over the last few months and she stood out as a sales person amongst all the countless others I have met. In general all the staff at this store were very nice and helpful as well.

  Staff helped me order a set that was sold out online and in pieces at 3 different locations. Amazing.

  Excellent customer service from Kathryn. Extremely polite, friendly and courteous. She is the reason why we bought our new couch! Have already referred friends!

  I love home and furniture stores, and this review is for the layout of the store, which is very nice, but more importantly for the service. A lady working on the first floor (didn't catch her name) helped me try to search for something and then suggested I go upstairs. I then had a super helpful conversation with Larry, who continued to help me search what I was looking for and took the time to brainstorm some design ideas. Awesome experience!
