This is by far the greatest pharmacy in Virginia. Always delightful to walk in. The main pharmacist remembers your name and asks about whatever is going on in your life. Very personal and very old school, authentic feeling. I love it. Thank you.

We use this pharmacy for all our medication needs. They are efficient, always professional, and good at what they do. Most of the time when major pharmacies run out, Carlin Springs has it in stock. Highly recommend! They really add a personal touch to how they do things, and at this point know me by name! :)
