(November 20, 2023, 3:05 pm)Nice store. $29 to replace the battery in my old Timex. Took less than 10 minutes. They even re-calibrated the watch’s second hand for me because it was no longer returning to 12:00 correctly. Very convenient!

Don't take their friendly courtesy service as an advantage. Will definitely come back here to get another watch looked at because of that!
Their watch inventory is amazing and the watch straps they carry are beautiful. -

(October 20, 2023, 4:04 pm)Struggled replacing my watch band on my Hamilton. Took it to Arlington Watch Works. They not only corrected the clasp device but also set it. Wish I had gone to them weeks before. Very nice, courteous, and quick!

(June 13, 2023, 4:18 pm)Twice my watch battery has been changed in less than 10 minutes for $29. Good service and price. However, one experience also tells me they cannot always do same day replacement depending on their workload.
