  Truly appreciate the care and gentle handling Dr. Campfield provided our cat. She explained everything well to us and gave us a heads up about some tests being more costly. Our cat was so calm with her, even during the blood draw. Both the technician and Dr. Campfield we’re so gentle and kind which helped my cat’s stress levels (and ours!).

  The vet tech Sam and Dr. Shessel were so great!
  My baby is a little chonk who has had some teeth issues in the past. I decided to switch his vet because this one has glowing reviews and is a lot more convenient of a location now. The staff were all very caring and nice, and Severus did very well with them. He's always been pretty good with vets, but he got very scared after he had to get a dental last year. Dr. Shessel was so calm and gentle with him. He growled a bit, but ended up eating some sweet treats she left for him (after she left, haha).
  Cost wise: It's slightly higher because it's on the metro, but it definitely felt worth it. I've never had a vet spend so much time in the room with my animal and be genuinely interested, not just going through the routine exam.
  Looking forward to future visits!

  It is the best animal hospital indeed, and I strongly recommend going there. Their stuff is multilingual! A Ukrainian lady at the front desk has been awesome. We recently lost one of our dogs, and I was unable to hold the tears. She found appropriate words of support. My new dog is a patient there too with Dr.Thornton who is great. Thank you for your outstanding job.

  I had moved to the area and just walked in with a sick dog. Katerina was extremely professional. She was prompt and meticulous. My matter required immediate attention, and she quickly walked me through what to expect. She patiently answered my questions about each vaccine. She also offered my dog a bowl of water because it was super hot outside. I wish everyone had this attitude. Scheduled with no hesitation, and will proceed with Caring Hands.

  I brought my newest pup Peanut Butter to Caring Hands. They have been great to work with.
  
  The team is super responsive to email, and the vets, techs, and team have been very accommodating and helpful.
  
  My baby also got bit at a dog park and they were super responsive to help out and plan the right course of action.
  
  My dog might be slightly cuckoo but she actually loves going to the vet and is excited when we come to the door. I think it might be the treats waiting for her inside.
