Luggage Plus

I was recently in this luggage plus store to purchase my husband a piece of luggage for travel. Kevin was incredibly helpful, showing me all of the functionality of the different pieces of luggage. I walked out, feeling like I made the best choice possible, all due to Kevin’s help!

I locked myself out of my carry-on 3 hours before my flight at DCA. In a desperate Hail Mary attempt I called Luggage Plus and the man who answered said "I haven't met a case I can't open, bring it on in"

When I came by, Kevin was a bit unsure as he hadn't actually ever unlocked this kind of luggage (an aluminum rimowa piece) however, he got it open quickly and saved the day. Forever grateful to have found this place in a pinch.

Kevin is absolutely delightful, and he really knows his stuff. He was very patient and spent time talking with me about my travel and packing to help me pick the perfect bag!

Great service, great product! Just bought 2 Briggs and Riley luggage sets from Luggage Plus Pentagon City. Ken knows the product inside and out and gives incredible service.
