    In 2007 I was in the market for a new home. Tina Mainer took me through all of the step starting with making sure that I was qualified to purchase the home of my dreams. A lot of time was spent visiting homes for sale until one caught my eye. Tina is a very pleasant person, she lay all cards on the table for you to see step by step. My experience with Tina as a realtor was a pleasing. I still call on her for advice on matter related to real estate. She is knowledgeable, experience, a true professional, thoughtful and very credible. If it was necessary for me to buy another home, she is the # 1 realtor on my list.

    Tina was excellent from the beginning to the end of our house search. She's reliable, flexible, knowledgeable and honest. She takes the time to explain everything that's going to happen whether it's finding appropriate properties, home inspections, negotiations or closing requirements.
