We’re very grateful to have had our new shower installed by West Shore Home. The whole sales to installation process was first rate! Our salesman Justin M was very personable and knowledgeable. We knew exactly what we were ordering and the process of the project. Our lead installer, Matt T was customer focused and kept us informed with each step of the process. He definitely has a great work ethic and truly cares about doing outstanding work. Our additional installers, Mike G and Scott B did a wonderful job. In addition to great work, they were very conscientious and left the job site in perfect condition!
The company’s communication and follow through were sincere. If we had questions or concerns, we always felt heard. We would definitely reach out to West Shore again for another bathroom project.

Eric, Xavier, Ray and KP were very professional, cleaned up behind the job. Keep me informed throughout the whole process. Took pride in their work. I highly recommend these guys to doing every install. If I didn’t already have the other bathroom done by Westshore Homes I would recommend that they do mine again..

Met with sales consultant Jacob and he explained everything and was very personable and patient. Had lots of pictures to show us which really helped us make a decision. We were replacing a bathtub with a new bathtub and acrylic tile. Xavier W, George, and Chris were here by 9 and done by 4:30. We are very pleased with how it turned out. Very professional and hardworking team.

My shower had been leaking and I couldn't seem to fix it. The company sent out Austin H to tell me my options and how things would work if I hired them. He was absolutely amazing. He didn't hassle me or waste my time on trying to sell me some crazy package. He answered all my questions and said they could do it sooner than expected. It was less than a week between when I hired them and shower installation. Jared R. And Jeff R. came to my house, very friendly and went over all the details of my project with me. They were very neat and efficient. They showed me all the progress and asked me if everything looked good every step of the way. I believe it took 6 hours from start to finish. I love this shower and it looks way better than I imagined. Even their payment options were great. I honestly didn't know if I could afford it but with their options, it was no problem. Thank you to the entire team and the owner for all of their help!

Hampton, VA - We used West Shore Homes to replace our 1996 builders grade bathtub/shower combo. Mike C. and Bruce K. were on time, professional, courteous and timely with the process. We were also pleased with the Design Consultant, Joseph D. and scheduling team throughout this process. The demo was very quick. They communicated a small issue that they were able to resolve. We appreciated them keeping us informed. The team was on a mission and our job was professionally completed within 8 hours. I'd highly recommend this company. They are true to their word and their commercial. VERY PLEASED.
