Sharon in service is incredible! She has been patient and kind with us. Our 2020 Chevy was in their garage for warranty work. We didn't purchase our truck at that dealership, but she treated us better than the dealership we bought the truck at. I cannot say enough about her and how great she treated my family. We will definitely go back for any future needs.

So refreshing to have amazing customer service from a dealership! This will be a long read but I promise its worth it. They have been true to their word, they are great to deal with, and fun! I would strongly recommend them to everyone!! My husband and I recently discovered them and worked with the salesman Mark Hunnicut. He is amazing!! He has brought back my faith in dealerships. Not only was he great to work with, he also stands by every word and promise he makes ( and so does the management team) He gives you his direct cell phone and truly means it when he says to call him! We bought our first car from him for my husband a few months back and it was a great experience. Because Mark was so easy to work with, I reached back out a month later when I decided I needed a new truck. ( we were planning a very important trip to Disney and purchased an RV to do the trip in) Mark again did a wonderful job. I had a unicorn I was searching for with specific requirements. Intially I had planned to purchase a new Chevy truck, but unfortunately it would take months to order in the specifics I was needing and my trip was only a month away) Fortunately he was able to find a 2020 with low miles with everything I needed and at a great price. Even though it was a Ford, he assured me they could service the truck as a chevy dealership( I will not use the local Ford dealership- I did a review on google if you would like to know more) fast forward to today, 8 days before we leave for our trip, and my new truck starts having electrical and transmission problems.. ( Absolutely no fault to the mt vernon chevy dealership) In a panic, as my truck was having issues, I called Mark to let him know. He immediately answered his phone and told me to bring it in, they got me covered. And even though the truck would need to be transferred to a ford dealership to deal with the issues due to being under warranty, he would take care of all that for me. As this could take weeks, I had had a terrible feeling my disney trip was ruined and how to tell my 7 year old we may have to cancel? Nope! Mark told me, no worries! We got you! He would get me a loaner truck and we would not miss our vacation. Me, litterally in tears and so thankful for this amazing man and truly above and beyond customer service! Truly a rare find in todays culture. I will be a life long customer, as well as my family, my kid will buy her first car from them, and so on. The way you treat people matters and this dealership does just that! They make you feel appreciated, important and most of all, you know they actually care about you.

Our sales representative was Trevor Karr and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the Buick Envision. Our test drive went well and he answered all our questions without hesitation. The purchasing process went just as smooth as everything was explained in full. We are extremely satisfied with the whole process and will be back again for our next Buick as well as recommending you to our family and friends.
