  Super friendly staff and Dr Pam was very cool. My 3yo daughters front tooth is broken /chipped and needs to be pulled in order for adult tooth to grow in properly. She gave me so much information and didn’t make me feel rushed even though there were a few more patients after me. This was my 3yo first dental visit and I was hoping for a relaxed stress free happy appt- and tidal pediatrics didn’t disappoint! Highly recommend.

  We had an amazing experience for our first visit at Tidal Smiles with our 3 kids! They were extremely patient with our 2 year old who was having a meltdown and Dr. Winter was very informative when discussing our 17 year old special needs sons teeth and needs. They made Tyler feel so comfortable that his nerves calmed down quickly and he was happy to be there! All 3 of the hygienists that worked with our kids were so nice and we couldn’t be happier! We are happy to say we have finally found our forever pediatric dentist! ❤️

  Absolutely awesome experience at both visits thus far. The first visit was for consult and today my 9 year old had 2 teeth "wiggled" (pulled). We were in and out quickly, everyone was so nice, friendly, calming and comforting. They made my daughter and I both feel at ease and talked to us both the entire time. The procedure was quick and easy and my daughter even said "what, they are already done? They already did it? It only tickled!" I would have never guessed it would be so easy and simple. So glad to have it behind us and looking forward to our next "regular cleaning" visit!

  Amazing staff and doctors! Everyone is warm and friendly and my normally reluctant child with autism was relaxed and allowed Ms. Anna to clean her teeth..amazing! We are so glad we chose to come here. Dr. Pam was extremely compassionate and for the first time I feel my children are in good hands when it comes to dental care. God bless you all at Tidal Smiles 😃!

  Great 1st time experience! I admit I was extremely nervous! My child who has special needs is extremely emotional when it comes down to see Doctor she’s also very sensitive to noises and sounds so you can understand why I was so concerned with this being the right environment and atmosphere for someone like her. When I called to make the initial appointment I spoke with a really nice person who gave me all the details of how they make the environment as comfortable as possible for children like her and that they have experience. As our first day approached I was still extremely nervous but it was an absolutely amazing experience from the time that I walked in,everyone was so nice and welcoming. Anna was so amazing! I think she could tell I was extremely nervous and that my daughter was a little nervous too but she made us feel right at home and very comfortable she was amazing with my daughter and my daughter responded so well to her which was a first time thing! Dr. Winters was extremely nice and welcoming as well! such an amazing Dr and the staff is amazing! I am so relieved that I found a great place in an atmosphere for my child.
