Amy asked me questions like how much time I had to fix my hair everyday - and based her recommendations on that information. The manicures that Gina does - well, she was incredibly thorough and made sure every nail was perfect. And then there's the therapy dog - Sophie - and the atmosphere: think Truvy's from "Steel Magnolias" but more modern and upscale. Bottom line: the best services and products with wonderful providers in a place that gives you a hug when you walk in!
