Sadly we had to use Altmeyer's Funeral Home & Crematory 2 times in 3 years, November 2019, and November 2022. Both times they were so professional, compassionate and handled all the small details. They made both very difficult times effortless. They were very quick to respond, answered all of our questions thoroughly and never made us feel like we were an inconvenience. I really hope we won't need this type of service for a long time, but when we do, we will definitely use them again.

Was very overwhelmed over the death of my partner of. 49years and having witnessed her respiratory arrest and sudden death in our living room where her body laid in full view for over 6hours after the parametics tried to save her life and medical examiner and detectives police had to be there because she had no one to sign her death certificate .in past 49years we were rarely separated except while mainly at work,she rarely left the house and was always there,no words to express the loss,with compassion and understanding the funeral director ,Hannah gently guided us through this process and the services were lovely, there could not have been any better funeral home ever,and no better employee than Hanna miller

Sam, Rev. Tracy, Hannah and all the staff were nothing short of amazing to help our family plan our Fathers service. The lengths they went to for us to ensure a certain service date was phenomenal. The service was beautiful and all we asked for. Delivery of the flowers to our mother afterwards was so appreciated! Our heartfelt thanks to you all. From the Leydets.

This review is long over due. I have been blessed with Sam Twiford, Jimmy Altmeyer , Chris Sisler and the staff. After having a serious operation, I loss my oldest son. I can't tell you how lost I was. I couldn't even think straight, after all you are not suppose to bury your children they are suppose to bury you. Working with Sam was not new to me BUT working with him during a time when I felt my life was totally out of control!! Sam helped me get through that awful time. He also helped me make choices that were perfect for me. Chris Sisler with his very busy schedule still managed to be at the funeral home on the day I was coming in to make arrangements to help and comfort me. This wonderful act of kindness I will never forget!!. Jimmy Altmeyer was in the background but also very busy trying to help and provide for me. Thank you is just 2 simple words but they hold so much love and gratitude that I have for Sam, Chris and Jimmy. God bless them all
