(September 13, 2019, 2:37 pm)I love that this branch is working with me an my payments. Mr. Smith is wonderful and very understanding with his customers. That man deserves a raise. I would have given 5 stars but I spoke with a lady named Lanese who was rude toward the end of our call. I used to work in customer service for years and its a certain way you speak to your customers, she needs more training in how to empathize with others since she doesn't know what we are going through. Its not what you say, its how you say it.
