The staff at his office is amazing, he was one of the best obgyns I have ever had. I had a great experience and highly recommended Dr.Ruetzel

(June 8, 2020, 7:21 pm)Dr. Ruetzel and his staff are amazing. I have had MANY visits, between a pregnancy and routine/not routine visits. I'm always treated with respect, my questions are always answered, and I'm given the information to answer my questions further I'm need be. Ashley, at the front desk, seriously so nice. She even remembers me when I come in. I've never had that at any other physician's office. The nurses too, always nice and professional.
I also want to take a moment to talk about Dr. Ruetzel. He always spends time talking to me in every appointment, and he doesn't ever seem rushed even though I know he's busy- even on the day of my son's birth. I was induced by my own decision, and my son didn't exactly arrive quickly (took nearly a day and a half). Ruetzel stuck around to see the entire birth through. My son even got stuck in the birthing process, and I was looking at a possible C-section after pushing for 3 hours. Ruetzel was EXTREMELY patient with me and my desire to continue to try and push. He didn't force any decisions on me, and I felt like he respected the things I said, even as a frantic lady who was exhausted beyond belief.... There did come a point when my baby needed to come out, and he calmly told me I had to give it everything I had or I needed to have a c-section. My son was delivered safely, and I was spared the surgery. I do feel that any other doctor would have told me I needed a c-section, and thrown in the "pushing" towel much sooner. But Ruetzel's patience and excellent coaching saved me from the cost and recovery of a surgery. Every birth story is different, and not every situation is the same, and I feel that Ruetzel understands that, and that's what makes him an incredible physician.
I would recommend Dr. Ruetzel and his practice to anyone. -

(February 21, 2020, 9:49 am)First off, the staff is amazing especially the receptionist Ashley! Nurse Dede is also great. Now on to the Amazing Dr. Ruetzel. He's very caring & attentive. I love that he treats me like a normal patient rather than a patient that has had miscarriages. I love this office and will continue using him even after my pregnancy!
