(February 14, 2020, 2:07 pm)I used to have anxiety before going to the gym before going to 9 round. The coaches are extremely motivating, positive, and teach me how much my body can actually do. The workouts are never boring, but always organized so I can just focus on the actual workout. Even after having a baby and an abdominal surgery, I was able to come back a few months later and the coaches help make alterations to certain workouts that were a little too difficult at the time while still giving me a challenge. Shout out to Sarah and Frank for being amazing! With eating healthy and working out 3-4 days a week, I was able to lose 30 pounds before I got pregnant. 4 months postpartum I’m back at the weight I was when I initially got pregnant, and I’m so excited to continue my journey at 9 round.
