TPMG Coastal Allergy

The moment I walked into the waiting room I was greated with a wonderful smile and a very encouraging attitude which helped set me at ease as I was having a rough time completing my checkin paperwork online. I really appreciated the warm and caring approach provided by the check in counter. I will also say the rest of my experience was just as great. I liked everything about this place!

Very kind and professional staff that know how to make patients feel understood and comfortable! The quality of care here is second to none. They were thorough with answering all of my questions and I felt like they really listened to me when I had my first appointment! I had an allergy test here recently and they were very gentle and quick (without sacrificing any quality, of course). I’d highly recommend this office to anyone because I know they’d be in the best hands.

I was actually ready to start my allergy shots with another Dr but unhappy with that Dr and their practice. Through online research I decided to try TPMG and from the very 1st phone call I knew it was the right decision. Dr Ortiz is very personable and extremely knowledgeable. You can tell alot about a business by thier support staff and with TPMG from the Dr's down too the front desk personnel they are an extremely high quality and well run office! You get the since that they genuinely care about their patients.

I went for my very first allergy testing and had an anaphylactic reaction. Elizabeth the PA, Dr ortiz, and the nurse were very quick and attentive to my needs. They dropped everything they were doing to tend to me and stayed at bedside until the ambulance came. The nurse even carried my purse for me and made sure that I got into the ambulance safely. They were very organized. They made something scary such a calm environment. They kept reassuring me that it would be okay. They talked me through everything. I have never met such nice, positive, caring women. These ladies truly touched my heart and Ill never forget how they helped me and remained calm. I would recommend this place to anyone. Even the ladies at the front desk are so nice and kind. Thank you so much TPMG coastal allergy! They truly care about you and your safety. ❤️

I am VERY pleased with this practice. From the beginning Dr. Ortiz was great. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Very easy going personality. The receptionist that signs you in for shots has such a pleasant personality. Makes my day. The ladies who give the shots are very sweet and professional. I used to get shots at another practice years ago and they were nothing like this practice.
