I just completed my appointment with Dr. Long and I’m already feeling better. I started going to Dr. Long 5 years ago then moved to California. For a few years I’d travel back to se her then decided it might be more economical to find a replacement doctor in CA. After two years under the new doctors care I knew something was wrong. I just did not feel as energetic and started to see my waistline expand. Puffy is a good description. I became so frustrated that I made the decision to go back to her to see her. I got my bloodwork done in CA per her lab request so she’d have it for our visit. Everything was off, Testosterone, Progesterone and Estrogen! No wonder I was feeling bad! Just knowing I have a prescription to correct makes me feel great. I highly recommend Dr. Long to all women who are tired of hearing from your doctor that you are doing good for your age! Dr. Long will help you feel like your in your 20’s again. You still have to eat right and exercise but if you want to live a FULL life she will help you.
I have had the opportunity to see both Dr. Long and Dr. Ryder at Synergy. They are kind, caring and always willing to listen to my concerns in order to create a treatment plan that was custom made for my individual needs. I never felt judged or rushed during appointments and highly recommend them to anyone's needs as we age. I have even recommended their services to my wife and daughter.

Dr Linda Long is a fantastic health care provider, very smart, very attentive, very professional, competent and diligent. I am extremely grateful to Dr Long and her whole stuff for making this process of getting hormones in check a good experience.
