I wish they offered more than a 5 star rating because David and his team deserve it! Our wish list seemed unattainable for our new build but he found us the perfect property and builder right away. During the build while living an hour away, he kept us up to date with pictures and phone calls all the way to the closing table. If we had a question via text, his response was immediate no matter the time of day. His experience showed throughout the process and we always knew he had our best interest at heart. If I had more money I'd do it again. Thanks again David Allison and Team! We sincerely enjoyed every day!

I can't say enough how great David and his team were to work with! My husband and I are new to North Carolina and his knowledge and expertise about the area made our first time home building experience so easy. It was really too good to be true!! David Allison and the whole Allison Alliance team were with me every step of the way in purchasing my first home. If you're looking for an easy-to-work-with agent who returns calls/emails/texts and is very attentive, David is the guy. He's reliable and wants the best for his clients. We even had some issues with the work done on the house prior to closing and he continued to make sure those issues were resolved even after closing. I can safely say that I will be working with him again in the future when it's time to sell this house and buy another. Would recommend!
