(March 8, 2021, 8:37 am)If you are new to the area, let me save you some time. This is the best pizza I've had in the entire Chesapeake area. I can't speak for the other Sal's locations, but this one off of Battlefield Blvd was my pizza place of choice for the time I lived in the area. Great taste, just the right amount of sauce and cheese, with a nice crunch to the crust to top it all off. Never had any issues with employees or my pizzas. I seriously can't recommend them enough.

This pizza is wonderful, the taste is amazing and they definitely have the N.Y/N.J style pizza. I was surprised I was able to find garlic powder, oregano and crushed red pepper there on the counter. Just the extra ingredients I love to add to my pizza. Great job Sal's NY Pizza!!!!!
