Dr. Bi Li has great bed side manner. I was being fitted for my first pair of glasses and she walked me through the whole process. I was a little apprehensive going in, and she put me at ease.
We brought our whole family to Dr. Li in 2016 and that hasn’t changed since. She is incredibly kind, patient and thorough. My husband and kids are always pleased with her work.
You can always see how she takes the effort in making them feel more comfortable, that way all doubts can be solved and they can go with the necessary information they need to take better care of their eyes.
I always recommend her practice to friends, in fact... If I should allow to put more than five Stars I will do it on a bit ?
Dr. Li is just a blessing! She is an incredible professional in her field. Always nice, always thorough. She truly goes the extra mile so you don’t feel nervous or taken for granted as a patient.
She takes the actual TIME to answer to your questions, doubts and even gives many recommendations. At this point now, after almost four years seeing her, I wouldn’t want to be seen by any other optometrist.
She rocks! Thank you for your dedicated, kind work and for your team!
Great if you can go in person, but they never answer their phone so plan on in person visit over trying to call. Dr. Li is an amazing person, just wish I could call to get what I need done instead of wasting gas.
