  This has been a challenging time, and I appreciate you so much. You have no idea how much your help has meant to me and my mother. There was nothing random about your act of kindness. Thank you for all you have done. This review was done for a friend who wanted to share how wonderful the Manager of the sams dr location was to her.

  I cannot say enough good things about this location!
  
  We tried to surprise my best friend with a delivery on her birthday, but she surprised us by taking a last minute vacation with her family and decided to "disconnect" for the weekend. The store called me on Sunday when they tried to deliver and she wasn't available, I thought for sure she would be home the following day and get it then. We finally heard from her Monday night but she wasn't going to get the delivery until Tuesday afternoon, 2 full days after the original delivery date. I just assumed they would give her the same package since it was our fault for not coordinating better.
  
  When she contacted the store, they made sure to prepare a fresh delivery for her and dropped it off for her 2 days after originally planned. They were so helpful in coordinating a delivery time that worked for her and making sure the whole thing remained a great birthday surprise!
  
  She said the customer service was fantastic and the product was amazing!
  
  Thanks to the team here for helping and making sure each surprise, even the small ones, are still great!

  OMG! I don't know what they do to their strawberries but I the chocolate covered strawberries are so juicy delicious! Service was great too...thanks for your help in choosing a mix of white and milk chocolate. We enjoyed our selection.

  First of all the arrangement I received for my birthday was great! But the most impressive part was it was supposed to be delivered to me on my birthday. I was unable to be home to receive it and had asked the delivery driver to drop it off at my apartments front office for me to pick up later.
  
  Through some confusion when I arrived they said it had not been delivered. I called Edible Arrangements to ask about the status of the delivery and they reported that it HAD been dropped off at my front office. However they were closed and it would be another 3 days until I could pick it up.
  
  When I told them this they said they would send a driver to retrieve it and have a fresh one delivered when I was available! That was great customer service even though the problem wasn't theirs to begin with! Awesome job!
