  This is my very first apartment & Kimberly started my journey here. She was very attentive to all my questions & was never too busy to answer my calls and emails. I've been living here about 2 weeks now and any complaint I have had was addressed in a timely manner. My neighbors are nice & I like the location. Parking can be an issue but I can speak for myself and say I always have a spot near my apartment. The maintenance workers are great and quick to fix up any issue in your apartment. When I got my washer and dryer I had no idea how to use it and they emailed me step by step instructions within minutes. The apartment is stylish and it's a nice size and price for a starter apartment. I read many reviews about bug issues, I have found 0 bugs in my apartment. Of course the apartment has normal wear here and there but its barely noticeable. Sometimes the people above me are a little loud but its expected living on the bottom floor. If I had to leave any complaints, it would be some people here are not mindful about trash and it makes me mad. Like there are dumpsters all over and it's not hard to make sure trash is placed in the dumpster! But in regards to my apartment, so far, I love living here. I like the responses I receive when I need help. I feel like the staff genuinely cares. Thank you all so much for allowing my first apartment to be an easy transition.

  Horizons at Indian River is one of the better residencies in the area for the price. Its affordable and comfortable living at a great price. There are amenities such as a community pool and they have washers and dryers available for a small affordable fee. Perhaps the best part about living there is the office staff. They are very friendly, professional and approachable. You're always greeted with a smile and they ALWAYS have an answer to whatever it is you need to know pertaining to the property. Ask for Felicia, Roz or Kim and they'll set you up for success!
