(March 18, 2020, 5:50 pm)I had a package delivered to the wrong mailbox and I was able to find the number on the USPS website. I was happily greeted on the phone by Joe and I explained the situation, gave my tracking number. I was told politely that he would personally check and make sure it wasn’t put in another mail box at my apartment complex and will call me soon to let me know if it was found. Within 45 minutes I got a call that my package was found and then was put into my correct mailbox. He was apologetic and was professional. I personally thank you Joe for saving the day! On another note; every time I come here all employees are polite and very attentive to any services I come here for!

(February 4, 2018, 12:53 am)Although sometimes people complain of delivery issues, the post office itself provides great service for sure. They have all PO box sizes except for the largest; standard free priority and paid regular supplies available as well as a scale for measuring packages 0-16 ounces (although you can always ask the employees to weigh larger packages for you). Cashiers are super friendly and helpful, although the office gets busier towards the 5pm closing time. Would definitely recommend this location for in-person service.
