    I had to go there to buy a piece of trim/end cap for the tailgate on the 2020 Silverado I'm currently driving. And I expected to pay an arm and a leg for the piece but got it for at least half the price I assumed it to be. Plus the service I received when picking up the part was wonderful. The gentleman that sold it to me was great and very helpful

    This place sent me two emails, three text messages, and called me once to confirm my appointment for an oil change. If I made an appointment for a 10:30 oil change I would expect for my car to be done at noon at the latest.

    This wasn't done until 3:30 and had I not stood in the service bay and been like "Hey guys, I gotta go to work now" they probably would have been content to keep my car there overnight.

    For an oil change.

    It probably would have been faster service time if I had sat in the lounge the whole time but, y'know, pandemic? So as I had the option to be able to go home, I did that instead.

    The oil change is free with priorities for life (which I have) and the shop is around the corner from my house, which is convenient, but I'm probably not going to bother making appointments for basic service and just roll in on a Thursday or whatever next time and see how that affects service times.

    I contacted the dealership about a very specific vehicle in inventory that had been a demo model. I made an appointment, traveled two hours from my home down to Chesapeake, and was greeted promptly. The vehicle was ready, and after a quick test drive we wrapped up negotiations and closed the deal. Everyone was courteous and customer focused. My salesperson was top notch and low pressure. Even the financing process was quick and efficient. Thanks to everyone who made it a simple process to surprise my wife with her new Suburban!

    My truck was in for service. Adviser was friendly and knowledgeable. Service was completed within expected time. Waiting area is fantastic, best of any dealer I have ever been to.
